BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE WITH MY TOS.PAYMENT- I accept payment only after i send you first WIP screenshot (sketch). Payments only via PayPal in USD (invoice).
- You can ask for a refund only when i didn't start working on your commission yet, i will return only the money i got after paypals fee (not the full amount).
- I have the right to ask you to let me simplify the design if it's too complex for me or choose a different character/commission type.
- I may accept rush fee ($5 USD). Ask before ordering.PROCESS- I usually draw commissions from tuesday to thursday.
- Turnaround time 2 - 14 days. up to 40 days if i have a lot of commissions (look my trello).
- If a month has passed and i didn't finish your commission yet i will return you money (full amount)
- I will send you progress screenshots of sketch, lineart and coloring. after it i won't change anything in lineart when i already started coloring it.
- After i sent you WIP, please tell me about any design mistakes or confirm there are none. I need to be sure eveything is okay with the piece.
- Finished artwork will be sent via email or toyhou.se.OTHER- since i take payment after the sketch, if you don't like it you won't have to pay and i won't finish your commission. in such case, or if you ghost me instead of paying, i have right to sell it as a one slot YCH commission.
- Commissions, adoptables and ychs etc. are for personal use only, i do not agree for commercial use of my work.
- I don't allow my artworks to be used on AI or as NFT.
- I have the right to use the finished piece as an example of my artwork or for self promotion on social media.
- Never remove my watermark/signature.
- You must proper credit me. simple "art by shark4ttack" is enough.
- If you add art to your toyhou.se, you must credit me. My toyhou.se username is shark4ttack.
